Thematic relevance
The Business Service Center (BSC) Mostar is a municipal mechanism for improving the local business environment and supporting entrepreneurs through advisory services, regulatory guidance and investment support. It cooperates closely with city departments and public institutions to strengthen small businesses, start-ups and craft-based activities. In 2025, a City of Mostar decision tasked BSC with launching a public call for training providers in deficit occupations, including traditional crafts, agriculture and related skills, confirming its operational role in skills development, workforce support and the preservation of locally rooted craft knowledge that contributes to sustainable local economic development, employment, social inclusion and long-term community resilience.
