Thematic relevance

Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism has strong thematic relevance to crafts, as they represent a direct intersection of economy, tourism, employment and cultural identity. Traditional and old crafts are recognised as a specific economic activity with potential for self-employment, micro-entrepreneurship and local value chains. By linking crafts with tourism development, fairs, business manifestations and active employment measures, the Secretariat supports their market visibility and sustainability. Crafts also contribute to balanced regional development, especially in rural areas, while preserving local skills and enabling inclusive economic growth.
