Introduction

The Intermunicipal Museum of Kamnik preserves and presents collections in the fields of ethnology, history, art history, and archaeology. These collections also include traditional craft objects and industrial heritage, which reflect the development of everyday life, work, and creativity in Kamnik and the wider Central Slovenian region. The museum engages in research, documentation, and interpretation of heritage, thereby enabling the transfer of knowledge about traditional crafts and their significance both in the past and today. Its role on the platform is primarily knowledge exchange and content collaboration.
