Thematic relevance
The association has gathered a community of old and young people who managed to transform the village of Săcădate into a tourist attraction for foreigners, by restoring, preserving and promoting local monuments, traditions and customs. "The "Vatra Satului Săcădate" Association (AVSS) promotes traditional culture and its authentic values, not only through actions of restoration, conservation and exhibition of vestiges of the past, but also actively by staging the socio-cultural customs of the place, by bringing the Romanian village to life, in general, and placing in the future through the younger generations and for their benefit the authentic spiritual treasures inherited from our estates and ancestors.
