This Terms of use govern the use of the HeriCraftMarket platform (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’) located at https://hericraft.eu/, operated by Jászberény Városi Önkormányzat (hereinafter referred to as ‘Operator’).

The information on this Platform is provided for general informational purposes only. The Operator strive to keep content accurate and up to date, but doesn’t guarantee completeness or accuracy.

Unless otherwise stated, all content present of the Platform (e.g. text, images, design, logos) is either the property of the Operator used with permission of the actual owner. Any reproduction or use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes requires prior written consent from the Operator.

The Terms of use enters into force on 28^th February 2026. The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. The current version will always be available on the Platform under this section.
