INNOFUND endowment fund
Introduction
INNOFUND was established within the implementation of a project financed under the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme with the title "SIV - Social Impact Vouchers" project no. CE1345. INNOFUND is delivering solutions for increasing the employment of target groups (especially vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of the population) in the form of support for the acceleration and start-up of their business or employment on the labour market and the introduction of social innovations. INNOFUND achieves these aims primarily through activities focused on increasing the skills of target groups through training and other educational activities, counselling, organising events. The purpose of the organisation's activity is also to boost innovative approaches in newly set-up businesses, so that the result is truly new products, processes or systems that can be used to create value for customers, businesses and society. Social innovation contributes to solving unemployment problems and at the same time contributes to more effective productivity, economic growth and overall well-being of the whole society.
